Around 90% of staying safe is to be acutely aware of your surroundings, sharpening and trusting your instincts and learning when and how to avoid a potentially violent encounter. Whether at home, in your car, out shopping, enjoying the sights, having a nice meal out or walking through a parking lot, you will learn how to identify potential problem issues and avoid them. Our certified instructors will use Colonel Jeff Cooper’s color codes for civilians to teach you the best way to live a life of ‘relaxed awareness’.
This is a two hour class to train your mind – it does not involve weapons or physical activity. It is suitable for 18 years old and older.
