Learn techniques from the pros to make you a more confident and accurate shooter
Develop a plan to keep yourself and your loved ones safe
Demonstrate your commitment to training by obtaining your Missouri CCW
This Hollister, Missouri based class will allow qualified residents to apply for their Missouri Concealed Carry Permit (CCW) from their Missouri sheriff’s office. This class will be led by highly experienced and certified, 5 star rated, male and female instructors that have been additionally certified by the Missouri Sheriff’s Association to teach the Missouri Concealed Carry requirements and issue certificates of completion.
A unique component of this CCW class is the use of our Smokeless Range featuring real Glock handguns. During the classroom time, students will use it to refine the proper stance, grip and aiming techniques in a less stressful environment than a live range. Our instructors have found this ammo free range makes the live firing range time at the end of the class to be more enjoyable and productive for the students.
Safety is stressed throughout the class. Due to the structure of the class, no firearms are to be brought into the classroom by students. All necessary training weapons will be provided as part of the classroom activities. Students will be required to bring their own unloaded and made-safe firearm along with factory loaded ammo and proper safety gear to the live firing range qualifications at the end of the class.
By Missouri law, this class must be at least 8 hours long. The majority of this time will be spent in the classroom with the last hour or so spent at the live firing range at a different location. Please pack a lunch to be eaten during the classroom portion. Water will be provided.
All students will receive a copy of the book “Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals”. This 269 page book makes excellent after-class reading for re-enforcement and additional learning. All students successfully completing the class will receive an official USCCA certificate of completion as well a Missouri Sheriff’s Certificate of Completion allowing you to apply for your Missouri Concealed Carry Permit at your Missouri sheriff’s office.
The cost of the class is $140 which includes the book, classroom time, Smokeless Range time and the scheduled live fire range time. Note that there is an additional $100 cost to apply for your permit at your Sheriff’s office. Students are responsible to bring a lunch, a proper firearm with sufficient factory loaded ammo and the required personal safety gear. A detailed information package will be emailed to students that register for the class.
The next class is scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026 in Hollister, Missouri. You may register for the class using your credit card here. In order to facilitate a hands-on and safe learning environment, class sizes are kept small – generally no more than 20 students.
